CRISPR-P v2.0 release.

Add "Nicotiana benthamiana", "Lotus japonicus" to the target genomes.

Many plant organisms are added, and some remove. Now 26 genomes are included in CRISPR-P.

Update enzyme information form REBASE.

Add "Zea mays", "Physcomitrella patens", "Oryza sativa ssp. indica cv. 9311" to the target genomes, more plant genome will be added. 96 restriction enzymes mapping to the selected seqence.

Chose "Oryza sativa ssp. japonica cv. Nipponbare" genome as the test genome. And later ZS97, MH63 were added.
