We welcome users upload information of sgRNA with high on-target efficiency and low off-target potential supported by experiments in different plant species. We want to gather as much data as possible to improve the modules of score system in plant.
Please provide information about your experiment including: Background of Experiment Design, Target Sequence, Target Genome, Position or Locus of Target Sequence, PAM, sgRNA, Effective (0-100%), etc.
Do not hesitate to contact us, if you have any questions or advices regarding CRISPR-P 2.0, or if you want to provide laboratory data to help us modified the score models. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
